PSI AG Executive Board Decides on Share Buyback

Berlin, 18 March 2011 – The Executive Board of PSI AG (ISIN DE000A0Z1JH9) decided on 18 March 2011 to buy back up to 100,000 of its own shares (this corresponds to approximately 0.64 percent of the capital stock) through the stock exchange.

The decision follows the authorisation of the Annual General Meeting on 3 May 2010 for the buyback of own shares of up to almost 10 % of the capital stock. The buyback program is limited to 30 June 2011. The shares may be used for all the purposes authorized in the General Meeting on 3 May 2010. This includes in particular the use as compensation in the scope of the purchase of companies and the offer to employees to purchase the shares as employee shares. The purchase price per share may not exceed the closing price per share of the Xetra trading system on the preceding day by more than 10 %, nor may it be less than 20 % below the same price.

PSI AG develops and integrates complete solutions, on the basis of its own software products, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil, heat, water), cross-company production management (metals, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, mining, logistics) and infrastructure management for transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and employs 1,400 persons in the group.
